Participate / Friends of Folk Festival Volunteering

PERFORMERS
​If you are interested in performing at the Friends of Folk Festival please email your request for consideration. Stage time is limited. Please include Name/Group Name, a minimum of two Video/Audio Clips or links, photo (optional) with your request.

SCHOLARSHIP:
Anyone in the Estes Valley with a passion for the arts can apply for the scholarship simply by providing your contact information and answering a few questions on the application form. We'd love to make you a recipient!

We are all Volunteers at the Estes Arts District.  Please join us in bringing this Community Event to life!
We are calling out to anyone willing to volunteer to work and/or be a sponsor and help with the creation and success of this event. 
Please contact us if you are willing to work, donate or be a sponsor to help. 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR:
Set up crew

Serving adult beverages
Checking IDs and wristbands
Passing the donation jar
Stage help and runners
Selling merchandise


SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:
All levels will be mentioned on social media and given a public thank you at the concert.
 
$200 - $499 - Logo printed on poster, ads and other printed materials, drink tickets
 
$500 + - All of the above and two free food & beverage wrist bands
for Free Food & Free Drinks, 2 Festival T-shirts, 2 Rosette Guitar Picks, 2 Souvenir Drink Cups & a Festival Poster.

ARTISAN VENDOR TABLES AVAILABLE:
Space is limited
$20 to book a vendor table-table provided.
Bring your own chair & tent.

Your CO State Tax ID is required to be on display at the event.
Please submit all of your contact information, address, email, phone and CO State Tax ID number to info@estesartsdistrict.org
